We enjoyed our stay here very much. This hotel is located within steps from Hoan Kiem lake, room is big and clean, friendliest staff we've met so far. Free internet, fruit, coffee and breakfast are really a bonus.
Stayed for 5 nights in this hotel in Feb 2008. Everything was just more than wonderful: Nice clean room with balcony, good location to eat and shop around, and its staff were even much better, so helpful and cheerful. All around good people
