Having opened in 1897 in a privileged location in the centre of Oerlikon, the Sternen Oerlikon Hotel soon became famous as a popular venue for visitors to the Zurich Exhibition Centre and the Hallenstadion. Since that time, many international companies have located in Zurich North, taking advantage of the excellent traffic connections to the city of Zurich and Zurich Kloten airport.
Sternen Oerlikon Hotel is situated in the heart of Oerlikon, a 5 minute walk to Zurich's Zuspa Exhibition Centre, to the Hallenstadion and to the Oerlikon train station from where you can reach Zurich's main train station within 6 minutes and the Zurich-Kloten airport within 5 minutes. The tramway stop "Sternen Oerlikon" is just opposite the hotel. |

* The breakfast room with an inviting breakfast buffet and an international news paper selection is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. Coffee and croissants for guests in a hurry are being served at the bar next to the front desk.
* Restaurant Sternen Oerlikon : The restaurant Sternen Oerlikon is located in the same building as the hotel and is managed as an independent company. Peter Waser, Bruno Pompili and team offer daily a nice selection of Italian dishes for lunch and dinner.
* The hotel lobby was completely renovated in 2003. The front desk is now furnished with a small welcoming bar and an internet corner.
* Suitable for meetings of up to 12 persons. Technical equipment can be supplied upon request, e.g. overhead projector and flip chart. |
